Event administration and communication
We use your data to send important information about your registration, payment, schedule, venue, safety, programme changes or cancellation.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where appropriate, our legitimate interest in effectively organising and managing the event under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

General photographs or recordings showing the event, audience or public atmosphere may be created and published where permitted by applicable law and based on our legitimate interest in documenting and promoting the event under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

14. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction.
However, no website, electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
